Orders And Returns

Order

We will acknowledge receipt of your order and aim to supply the clothing to you within 7 days. We will then email confirmation when the order is ready. Your order will be delivered to Chalfont St Peter C of E Academy on a Monday by 12:45 pm and will be delivered to your child by the school office. Any delays likely to be incurred due to stock availability will be advised immediately and updates provided.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or defective other than usual wear and tear we will have no hesitation in crediting or replacing it. Please email us with any concerns as soon as they become apparent. All returns, please fill in the Returns Form at the bottom of the website.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any unworn/unwashed item returned to us within 14 days of supply in its original packaging, for sizing purposes – please email us to arrange an exchange.
